My name is Ahmed, I do epoxy floors all around Melbourne. It was a struggle - I was doing some work for other companies and it just wasn't working out right.

Just flicking through Facebook and it hit me in the face - that's why I contacted you. Thursday, I remember we had a chat, you told me you were gonna confirm things with me the next day, and you did, and then that Monday we were gonna get things going. But over the weekend, you'd already given me two leads that were off the webpage, and I actually got those jobs - so even before you got the ball rolling, I was already working that weekend.

I reckon in the two months we've turned over like close to 80 grand. 80 grand's worth of epoxy in two months is a pretty big effort. I had a guy call me from New South Wales doing a project down here for a car auction - I was like, I've gone from zero to up with the big boys in two months. I had another client and they said, 'oh, we went and saw such-and-such and I know those people, that company, and they're huge' - and she said, 'we didn't like their work so we called you.' I didn't even realise how far up we were. And Russ, it does not stop, you know. When you first said to me, 'I'll give you 30 leads a month' - do you remember what I said to you? I said, look, if you give me 10 leads a month, just give them to me, I will get those jobs. It's ridiculous, like, I'll just jump on it. Don't waste your time - whatever industry you're in, and if it's got something to do with Russ, I'll be here. I wouldn't even think twice.
