Breaking Free of a Closed Builder Network

Before working with Lead Partners Direct, Roman's landscape construction business was tied almost entirely to a closed network of builders and architects. "You don't want to stay a slave. They owned me," he says. "When they went quiet, we'd go quiet. When they picked up, we picked up." His own business was ultimately linked to theirs - stuck in a circle he'd built that was never going to expand.

What drove him to look elsewhere was wanting autonomy - freedom from being tied to someone else's workflow.

Off The Tools, Revenue Up
